Our approach

A clear plan.
A shared way forward.

Good projects need more than good code. They need a common understanding of what matters, how decisions are made and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Find the real problem

We talk through your goals, users and existing systems. Together, we identify the problem worth solving.

    A clear brief
  2. 02

    Make a practical plan

You get a defined scope, design direction, milestones and costs before committing to the build.

    Scope & proposal
  3. 03

    Build it together

Review working designs and software, give feedback and see how decisions affect the plan.

    Working previews
  4. 04

    Launch. Learn. Improve.

We test the agreed journeys, prepare the handover and agree who looks after the product after launch.

What working together looks like

01

Discover the problem

We work through your goals, users, existing tools and constraints. A process walkthrough or a few sample tasks often reveals more than a long feature list.

You bring: context, decision-makers and access to the people who use the system.

You receive: an agreed problem statement, key assumptions and recommended next steps.

02

Agree the plan

We turn the priorities into a scope and, where useful, a prototype. We identify integrations, data requirements and dependencies before estimating the build.

You review: user journeys, priorities, budget and the proposed milestones.

You receive: a proposal with deliverables, costs, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.

03

Design and build

Work is divided into reviewable milestones. You see working previews, discuss trade-offs and approve changes with their effect on scope and cost visible.

You provide: timely feedback and decisions from the agreed project owner.

You receive: designs, working software and a record of the decisions behind them.

04

Test and launch

We check the agreed user journeys, responsive layouts, permissions and failure states. Release preparation includes hosting, backups and handover requirements appropriate to the project.

You approve: acceptance testing and launch readiness against the agreed scope.

You receive: the release, documentation and clearly assigned operating responsibilities.

05

Support and improve

After launch, we review usage and feedback against the original goals. Support and new development are prioritised according to your needs and agreement.

You decide: which improvements matter next and who owns ongoing operations.

You receive: an agreed maintenance arrangement or a documented handover to your team.

What about timing?

A small website and a multi-system application need different plans. We agree realistic milestones once the scope, content and dependencies are clear. If you have a fixed deadline, bring it into the first conversation so we can discuss what fits.

Big idea. Small first step.
